Unit had bad capacitor replaced part unit is up and running need office to call and collect payment

Radon levels high. Water heater flushed good, suggest mitigation and maybe a drain cleaning, also gave a in person rough quote to rerun his gas lines if needed

Order of operations happened in the proper sequence and the system is operating optimally after maintenance. Customer will be getting an new filter, and the ducts are very clean.

Checked system and setting. Checked all connections on the low voltage wires at the air handler and condenser. Adjusted thermostat settings and reset condenser. Blowing good heat no.
